• You are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory, academic, or qualified independent research purposes.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply topically, or otherwise introduce any product into or onto any human or animal body.
• You will not supply any product to any person for human or animal consumption or clinical use.
• You will handle, store, and dispose of compounds in accordance with applicable safety standards, institutional policies, and all laws.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you (or the entity you represent) possess the knowledge, training, facilities, and qualifications necessary to safely handle research compounds.

3. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

4. Buyer Representations and Warranties

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that products will be used exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research; you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety requirements; you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legal status of each product in your jurisdiction; and you will not cause any product to become adulterated or misbranded under applicable law.

5. Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Shipping

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Nichems reserves the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders, and update availability.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon tender to the carrier, typically FCA/FOB Origin. Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping and Refund Policy. Due to the nature of research materials, most sales are final except for verified nonconforming products or our fulfillment error, RMA required.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nichems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nichems expressly disclaims all liability arising from any use of products outside of laboratory research purposes.
